Ingredients

  • 300 grams flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 100 g suar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • salt
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 150 g butter

For the filling:

  • 1 kg apples
  • 100 g suar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 50 g raisins
  • 1 tablespoon rum
  • Powdered sugar or lemon icing

Instructions

  1. Make a kneading dough from flour, baking powder, sugar, vanilla sugar, salt, egg, milk and butter, chill for 30 minutes, roll out in 2 parts and put one of them in a greased springform pan.
  2. Peel apples and cut into pieces. Then fry 50 g sugar, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon and 50 g raisins. Then sprinkle with 50 g sugar, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon and 1 tablespoon rum and place in the springform pan. Then put the dough lid on and bake at 200 degrees with top and bottom heat in the middle for 30 minutes.
  3. Dust with powdered sugar or partially brush with lemon icing.
