Ingredients
- 300 grams flour
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 100 g suar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- salt
- 1 egg (s)
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 150 g butter
For the filling:
- 1 kg apples
- 100 g suar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 50 g raisins
- 1 tablespoon rum
- Powdered sugar or lemon icing

- Make a kneading dough from flour, baking powder, sugar, vanilla sugar, salt, egg, milk and butter, chill for 30 minutes, roll out in 2 parts and put one of them in a greased springform pan.
- Peel apples and cut into pieces. Then fry 50 g sugar, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon and 50 g raisins. Then sprinkle with 50 g sugar, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon and 1 tablespoon rum and place in the springform pan. Then put the dough lid on and bake at 200 degrees with top and bottom heat in the middle for 30 minutes.
- Dust with powdered sugar or partially brush with lemon icing.
