• 250 g mararine
• 250 grams sugar
• 5 egg (s)
• 1 packet vanilla sugar
• 350 g flour
• 1 packet baking powder
• 3 large apples or 4-5 smaller ones
• Grease for the tin

Instructions

1. Peel apples and cut into small pieces.
2. Stir the margarine until foamy. Add eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar and stir well. Sift flour with baking powder on top and mix in. Fold the apple pieces under the batter.
3. Spread the mixture on a greased baking sheet and bake at 200-220 degrees for about 30 minutes.
