  • 275 g butter
  • 50 g cornstarch
  • 1 point vanilla sugar

  • 1 kg apples
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 150 g almond (s) (sticks)
  • 8 tablespoon milk

Instructions

  1. Quarter, core and cut the apples, sprinkle with the lemon juice. Mix 125 g sugar with the eggs and 175 g butter until frothy. Mix the flour, starch, salt and baking powder together. Add to the sugar-egg-butter mixture together with 4 tablespoon milk. Mix everything well. Put the dough in a greased springform pan. Spread the apples on top and bake at 175 ° C for 20 minutes. Bring the vanilla sugar, honey, residual sugar, residual butter and almonds to the boil. Then stir in the remaining milk. Pour the mixture onto the pre-baked cake as a bee sting hood. Then bake the cake for another 30 minutes.
