  • 350 grams sugar
  • 2 packs vanilla sugar
  • 250 g butter
  • 250 g marzipan paste
  • 1 packet custard powder, vanilla flavor
  • 0.5 liter ½ milk
  • 5 egg (s)

Instructions

  1. Peel and core the apples, cut into wedges and then drizzle with lemon juice. Make a dough from the flour, 200 g sugar, 1 packet of vanilla sugar and the butter and place on a greased tray.
  2. Dice the marzipan. Now mix the pudding powder with 150 g sugar, the other packet of vanilla sugar and 6 tablespoons milk and cook a pudding, melt the marzipan in it. When the pudding has cooled, stir in the eggs.
  3. Spread the apples on the dough and pour over the top. Bake in the preheated oven at 200 ° C (convection oven 175 ° C) for approx. 45 minutes.
