Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 4 egg (s)
  • 250 grams sugar
  • 200 ml oil
  • 200 ml buttermilk
  • 300 grams flour
  • 1 packet baking powder

For covering:

  • 1 kg apples, peeled, pitted and cut into wedges

For the second dough: (plucked dough)

  • 150 g butter
  • 75 grams sugar
  • 200 g flour
  • 0.5 tablespoon ½ cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. For the dough, beat the eggs with the sugar until thick. Gradually stir in the oil and buttermilk. Mix flour with baking powder, stir in quickly and spread the dough on a greased tray.
  2. Pre-bake at 200 ° C for about 12 minutes.
  3. In the meantime, beat the butter with sugar for the pulpy dough and then add the flour, cocoa and cinnamon and work it into a soft kneading dough.
  4. Spread the apple wedges on the dough and pluck the dough over it.
  5. Bake for about 30 minutes at 200 ° C.
