  • 1 kg plum (s)
  • 800 g apples
  • 1 liter red wine
  • 500 ml orange juice
  • 500 ml grape juice
  • food starch
  • 500 g suar
  • cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Place plums and apples (preferably frozen products, otherwise fresh!) In a large bowl. Add sugar.
  2. Bring red wine, orange juice and grape juice to the boil and thicken with the starch. Depending on the desired consistency. Add the still hot mixture to the plums, add a pinch of cinnamon to taste and allow to cool. Depending on the taste, add sweetener.
