  • 1 liter apple juice, 00%, good
  • 1 stick cinnamon, divided
  • 1 tonka bean (s), crumble (or vanilla pulp)
  • 1 star anise
  • 2 carnation (s)
  • 6 cardamom pods (the seeds)
  • 400 g preservin suar 3: 1

Instructions

  1. Total time: 15 minutes
  2. Heat the apple juice with the spices for 10 minutes (do not let it boil) and then let it cool down again. Sieve into another saucepan and let simmer with the preserving sugar for 3 minutes.
  3. Fill into clean jam jars and stand upside down for 15 minutes.
