Ingredients

  • 700 g apples, peeled, diced
  • 80 g cane suar
  • 1 orange (s)
  • 100 g raisins
  • 250 g rice puddin
  • 1 can coconut milk
  • 600 ml water
  • 300 ml soy drink, vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon, heaped with cinnamon
  • 2 packs vanilla sugar

Instructions

  1. Boil the water-coconut milk solution with half of the sugar and vanilla sugar in a coated saucepan, then add the rice pudding and simmer on a low flame for at least 30 minutes until the rice is swollen. Stir several times in the meantime.
  2. Peel and chop the apples, drizzle with the juice from the orange to prevent them from browning and mix with the other half the sugar, vanilla sugar, cinnamon and raisins.
  3. Grease a large casserole dish and spread half of the rice pudding on the base, then pour the apple mixture on top and the rest of the rice pudding. Then pour the vanilla drink over it and put it in the oven.
  4. Cook through at 200 ° C for approx. 30 minutes. Can be enjoyed hot and cold.
