Ingredients

  • 250 g butter
  • 250 g powdered suar (powdered suar)
  • 250 g flour (whole wheat)

  • 120 g walnuts, rated

Instructions

  1. Peel the apples, remove the core and grate finely. Separate the eggs.
  2. Mix the butter with half of the icing sugar and the vanilla sugar until frothy. Gradually stir in the egg yolks. Beat the egg whites and the remaining sugar until stiff and fold carefully into the mixture. Finally, stir in the flour with the baking powder, the chocolate, the nuts and the apples. Grease the bundt pan and dust with flour. Then pour in the dough.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven at 170 ° C for about 1 hour.
  4. Let the cake cool down briefly and then turn it out of the tin while it is still warm. After cooling, sprinkle with icing sugar and let it taste good.
