Ingredients
- 6 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- salt and pepper
- 3 tablespoon oil (walnut oil)
- 3 tablespoon rapeseed oil
- 2 spring onion (s)
- 500 g apples
- 350 g white mushrooms
- 1 bunch rocket
- 50 g walnuts

- Mix lemon juice, honey, mustard, salt, pepper and the two types of oil into a salad sauce.
- Slice the spring onions, peel the apples and cut into thin slices, slice the mushrooms, roughly chop the rocket, briefly toast the walnuts.
- Mix the ingredients and drizzle with the salad sauce.
- Tastes very good with crispy fried, breaded chicken fillet.
