Ingredients

  • 2 apples
  • 0.5 ½ lemon (n)
  • 3 teaspoons apricot jam
  • 2 roll (s) puff pastry

Instructions

  1. First, remove the core from the apples and cut them into thin slices.
  2. Then fill a small bowl halfway with water and drizzle the juice of half a lemon into it. Put the apples in the water bath and place in the microwave for 3 minutes.
  3. Now mix 3 teaspoons of apricot jam with 2 teaspoons of water and put this in the microwave for 1 minute.
  4. Roll out the two puff pastry rolls and cut each into 6 strips.
  5. Brush the strips of dough with apricot jam and cover the top half with apple slices. If necessary, you can sprinkle a little cinnamon on top. Then fold in the lower half of the dough and roll up the strips.
  6. Finally, place the rolls upright in the hollow of a 12-cup muffin pan and bake them in the oven for 40-45 minutes at 190 ° C.
