Ingredients

  • 1 small apple, tart, peeled and cut into small pieces
  • 1 onion (s), peeled and chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, peeled and cut into small pieces
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Worcestershire sauce, a few drops
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon, leveled salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper from the mill
  • 3 dl white wine vinegar
  • 5 dl oil
  • 2 tablespoon chives, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Put the apple pieces, onion pieces and the garlic pieces in a blender, add the mustard, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice and half of the vinegar. Puree everything finely, then mix in the oil and the remaining vinegar alternately, add the chives, season a little with salt and pepper if necessary.
  2. Fill into a bottle for storage and refrigerate. The sauce will last 2 weeks if you put it in a cool place.
