Ingredients

  • 500 g savoy cabbae
  • 1 apple
  • 3 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 100 ml vegetable stock
  • some salt and pepper
  • Cayenne pepper
  • 2 tablespoon sour cream

Instructions

  1. Clean the savoy cabbage (remove the stalk) and cut into 1 - 2 cm wide strips. Quarter the apple and remove the core. Then cut the apple into sticks and drizzle with lemon juice.
  2. Now dice the onion, sweat in 1 tablespoon oil in a saucepan until translucent. Add the savoy cabbage, apple and vegetable stock and let simmer covered for 10 minutes.
  3. Finally, stir the sour cream into the savoy cabbage and apple vegetables and season with salt, pepper and cayenne pepper.
  4. This fits e.g., Mashed potatoes and carrots and fish such as salmon or redfish.
