Ingredients

  • 1 kg apples
  • some lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 packs vanilla sugar
  • 200 ml whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Peel the apples, cut them into eighths, remove the core, and cut into small pieces. Drizzle with lemon juice to prevent browning.
  2. Put the apple pieces in a saucepan with 2 tablespoons sugar. Cook on low heat for 15-20 minutes until very soft.
  3. Remove from heat and let cool to room temperature for 45-60 minutes.
  4. Beat the whipped cream with 2 packs vanilla sugar on medium speed for 2-3 minutes until stiff peaks form.
  5. Fold the whipped cream into the cooled applesauce.
  6. Arrange in serving dishes and serve.
