Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 150 g butter
  • 100 g suar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 225 g wheat flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 120 g cream

For the filling:

  • 6 apples, about 900 g
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 shot rum
  • 2 tablespoon cinnamon powder
  • 2 tablespoon sugar

For the sprinkles:

  • 80 g wheat flour
  • 80 g suar, brown
  • 80 g butter
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. For the filling, peel and core the apples, cut into very small pieces and mix with lemon juice. Add some rum, cinnamon and sugar.
  2. For the dough, stir the butter until smooth. Gradually stir in the sugar, vanilla sugar, salt and cinnamon until you have a bond. Gradually stir in the eggs, about 1/2 minute per egg. Mix flour and baking powder, add.
  3. Pour half of the batter into a round tart pan and smooth it out. Spread the apple filling on top. Mix the cream with the rest of the batter and then spread it over the apples.
  4. Melt the butter for the crumble. Briefly mix the flour, sugar, a little cinnamon and salt with the butter until you have small crustaceans. Spread these on the cake.
  5. Bake the cake at about 170 ° C for about 50 minutes.
