- 100 g wholemeal spelled flour
- 100 g almond (s), round
- 50 grams sugar
- 50 g fat
- 125 ml milk
- 3 egg (s)
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder

- Core, peel and roughly grate the apples. Mix all other ingredients into a smooth batter and fold in the grated apples.
- Bake the waffles in the warmed up waffle iron.
- The recipe makes about 11 super juicy waffles. They can be enjoyed cold or warm. Whipped cream, powdered sugar or vanilla ice cream go well with this.
