- 2 kg apples, peeled, pitted, quartered
- 4 cup / s sugar
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon powder
- 1 pinch (s) clove powder
- 1 pinch (s) salt

- Put the apples in the crockpot. Mix the spices in a small bowl and sprinkle over the apples. Mix all ingredients in the crockpot with a wooden spoon. Cook on high for an hour. Then switch to low temperature and cook for 9-11 hours. Pour the spread into sterile containers and store in the refrigerator or freezer. The spread can be stored in the freezer for up to a year.
