  • 1 tablespoon applesauce or boiled apples
  • 1 tablespoon sauce (liquid caramel cream)

Instructions

  1. Put the vanilla ice cream in a bowl and sprinkle with cinnamon. Crumble the shortbread and pour on the ice. Put the apple mixture on top (it tastes best if there are still pieces of apple in it). Spread the caramel cream on top. Mix everything well and serve.
