Instructions

  1. Place the puff pastry in a springform pan lined with baking paper and pull up about 2 cm of the edge. Cook a pudding from milk, sugar and pudding powder, let it cool for about 10 minutes, stirring every now and then so that no skin forms.
  2. In the meantime, crumble the marzipan, stir into the pudding with the egg, almonds and amaretto. Spread the mixture on the dough base. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
  3. Peel the apples and cut into wedges, place them in a fan on the cream. Mix the sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle on the apples. Bake the apple tart on the middle rack for about 35 minutes.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
