Instructions

  1. For the apple tarte flambée, put the flour with a pinch of salt in a bowl and mix with water and oil to form a dough. Roll out the tarte flambée dough thinly on a floured surface and place on a greased baking sheet.
  2. Then mix the crème fraîche with sugar to a creamy mass and spread this on the dough.
  3. Peel the apples and cut into thin slices. Spread the apple slices over the crème fraîche and sprinkle with sugar.
  4. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C and bake the tarte flambée for about 20 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Finally sprinkle with cinnamon. Here you can decide for yourself how much you like. For me as a cinnamon lover, it always has to be a little more.
  6. Do you know apple tarte flambée? I think everyone has eaten a hearty French tarte flambée at some point. This creation with apple and cinnamon is a savory, sweet variant and goes perfectly with autumn. The cinnamon note rounds off the taste wonderfully.
