Ingredients

  • 220 g inerbread / stomach bread
  • 100 g biscuit (s), (e.. shortbread biscuits)
  • 600 g apples
  • 110 ml water
  • 290 g puddin, (finished chocolate puddin)
  • cinnamon
  • sweetener

Instructions

  1. Line a baking dish with the biscuits.
  2. Wash, core and grate apples or just cut into small cubes, as you like. Put the water in a saucepan, add the cinnamon and heat so that it boils down and the apples become soft, simmer for about 10 minutes over low heat, stirring constantly so that it does not burn.
  3. Then take it off the stove and let it cool down a bit.
  4. Now add the bought pudding, or whoever wants to make homemade one, and stir in, as well as the sweetener, depending on the sweetness of the apples, the sweetener may no longer be necessary.
  5. Mix well and pour 1/3 over the biscuit layer.
  6. Then crumble stomach bread and distribute evenly over it, press down lightly. Then spread the rest of the apple pudding sauce over it and smooth it out.
  7. Now it`s best to let it sit overnight.
