Ingredients

  • 3 apples
  • little cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • some water as needed
  • 300 g yourt

Instructions

  1. Peel and core the apples and cut into cubes. Drizzle them with lemon juice, add the cinnamon and mix everything together. Put in a saucepan with water and cook until tender to soft, possibly mash a little with a fork.
  2. After the apple mixture has cooled down, layer the yoghurt alternately in dessert glasses.
