Apple Yogurt Smoothie

Delicate smoothie with apple and cinnamon.

Ingredients

  • Apples – 150 g
  • Natural yogurt – 200 g
  • Honey – 1-1.5 teaspoon
  • Cinnamon – 0.25-0.5 teaspoon

Directions

  1. Wash apples, peel, and seed. Grate (can be finely chopped).
  2. Purée with a blender. Add yogurt, honey, and cinnamon.
  3. If the yogurt is sweet, you don’t need to add honey to the apple smoothie. Beat the mixture with a blender until smooth. Garnish with cinnamon when serving.
