Ingredients

  • 300 grams flour
  • 200 g butter
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 6 tablespoon water, cold
  • 4 m apples, e.g. Elstar
  • some jam, (raspberry jam)
  • 25 g nuts or almonds, chopped

Instructions

  1. Knead the flour with butter, salt and water well with the dough hook. Shape the dough into a ball and refrigerate for an hour.
  2. Peel the apples and remove the core with an apple cutter. Mix the jam with nuts or almonds.
  3. Roll out the dough thinly. Cut out 4 circles with a diameter of approx. 20 cm. Place 1 apple each on the middle of the dough and fill with the jam. Beat the dough upwards, brush the upper edges of the dough with water and press together over the apples. To finish, cut out a small, round, serrated dough circle and place it on top.
  4. Bake at 200 ° in a preheated oven for about 40 minutes.
  5. Serve warm!
