  • 1 pinch (s) cinnamon
  • 6 tablespoon applesauce
  • 2 tablespoon calvados or apple juice
  • Brittle (hazelnut brittle)

Instructions

  1. Beat the egg white with sugar and cinnamon until stiff, stir in the applesauce. Add the calvados, fill into bowls and refrigerate.
  2. Sprinkle with brittle to serve. Apple juice can be used as an alternative to calvados.
