Ingredients

  • 135 g mararine, melted
  • 240 g flour
  • 130 g suar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 1 teaspoon, heaped tartar baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 250 g applesauce, oranic products from the lass

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C fan oven. Grease a cup cake tin (22 cm diameter) and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
  2. Melt the margarine in a saucepan. Mix the flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda, sugar and vanilla sugar in a bowl. Add the slightly cooled margarine and applesauce. Mix everything well. Pour the batter into the cake pan and smooth it out.
  3. Bake on the middle rack for 50 minutes. Cover with aluminum foil after 30 minutes, otherwise the surface will be too dark.
  4. Let the cake cool down in the tin for 20 minutes, then turn it out onto a wire rack and let it cool down completely. Dust the cake with powdered sugar.
