Ingredients

  • 250 g butter, or mararine
  • 200 g suar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 1 teaspoon, leveled cinnamon
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 500g flour
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 3 glasses applesauce, with pieces, 50 g per glass
  • 100 g raisins
  • water

Instructions

  1. For the dough, stir the butter until foamy. Stir in sugar, vanilla sugar, cinnamon and egg. Mix the flour and baking powder and stir in until the dough is nice and crumbly.
  2. Now press half of the dough onto a greased baking sheet as a base. Mix the applesauce with the raisins and spread on the shortcrust pastry base. Pour the remaining crumble on top and bake the cake at 180 ° C in the preheated oven for about 40-50 minutes.
