Ingredients

  • 500 g apricot (s)
  • 4 egg (s)
  • 125 g suar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 150 grams flour
  • 300 ml milk
  • Butter, for the mold
  • powdered sugar
  • N / A pistachios, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200ºC top and bottom heat. Grease a baking dish (approx. 25 cm) with the butter.
  2. Stone and halve the apricots.
  3. Beat the eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar until frothy. Gradually add flour and milk and stir until smooth.
  4. Pour the batter into the baking dish and spread the apricot halves on top. Bake the clafoutis for 35-40 minutes. If it gets too dark, cover with aluminum foil after approx. 15-20 minutes.
  5. Remove and sprinkle with the powdered sugar and pistachios.
