Apricot Jam

Everyone’s favorite and very fragrant “sun in a jar”.

How to make apricot jam:
Directions
- After we washed the apricots, the seeds must be removed from them. Grind the finished halves in a meat grinder and cover them with granulated sugar.
- Put on low heat and cook the apricot jam for 30 minutes after boiling. Leave the jam to “rest” overnight.
- Then boil the jam again for 15-20 minutes and roll it up in sterilized jars.
- I got 8 half-liter jars!
- The jam is amazingly tasty! I use apricot jam in many baked goods.
