Apricot Jam

Everyone’s favorite and very fragrant “sun in a jar”.

Ingredients

  • Apricots – 3 kg
  • Sugar – 3 kg

How to make apricot jam:

Directions

  1. After we washed the apricots, the seeds must be removed from them. Grind the finished halves in a meat grinder and cover them with granulated sugar.
  2. Put on low heat and cook the apricot jam for 30 minutes after boiling. Leave the jam to “rest” overnight.
  3. Then boil the jam again for 15-20 minutes and roll it up in sterilized jars.
  4. I got 8 half-liter jars!
  5. The jam is amazingly tasty! I use apricot jam in many baked goods.
