Instructions

  1. Beat the butter, sugar and eggs until frothy. Add the orange and lemon zest and a pinch of salt. Mix the flour and baking powder and stir everything in as well. Finally, mix in the egg liqueur and the ground hazelnuts well.
  2. Put the dough in a springform pan that has been greased and sprinkled with semolina.
  3. Wash the apricots, cut them in half and remove the stone. Place the fruit on the dough with the cut surfaces facing down. Put in the oven preheated to 200 ° C (top and bottom heat) and bake for about 30 minutes.
  4. Dust with powdered sugar to serve. This goes well with whipped cream.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
