Ingredients

  • 6 apricot (s), fresh
  • 2 tablespoon apricot jam
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 pck. Cream pudding powder
  • 400 ml milk

Instructions

  1. Wash the apricots, cut in half, core and scald with boiling water. Peel the skin off the apricots. Set aside 4 half apricots for decoration.
  2. Puree the remaining apricots. Remove 8 tablespoons of the milk and stir in the pudding powder with a tablespoon of sugar. Bring the remaining milk to the boil with two tablespoons of apricot jam and the apricot puree, then remove from the hob and add the mixed pudding powder.
  3. Fill the pudding into four serving bowls and place half an apricot on each with the curve facing up. Let cool and store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
