- 200 g apricot (s), dried
- 400 g chicken breast fillet (s)
- 4 small onion (s)
- 2 tablespoon butter
- 1 can tomato (s), chunky
- 125 g cream
- Curry powder
- Paprika powder, noble sweet
- salt and pepper

- Pour boiling water over the apricots and let them steep. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Wash the meat, pat dry and cut into 3-4 cm pieces. Then season well with paprika, salt and pepper.
- Peel and quarter the onions, fry in the butter in a pan and roast light brown for about 5 minutes. Add the meat and fry all over. Deglaze with tomatoes and cream, simmer briefly and season with salt, pepper, paprika and curry.
- Put everything in a baking dish. Cut the drained apricots into strips and distribute them between the meat. Bake the dish in the oven for about 35 minutes.
- Tip: Of course, you can also use fresh apricots. Then you would have to take about 400 g. Also tastes good with mango!
