  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 pinch vanilla pulp
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • 1 pinch lime zest, untreated, grated
  • 3 apricot (s), ripe
  • 2 teaspoons chips (coconut chips)

Instructions

  1. Mix the quark with the mineral water until smooth. Season to taste with honey, vanilla pulp, lime juice and zest.
  2. Cut the apricots into small pieces and mix in. Pour the apricot quark into a small glass bowl and serve sprinkled with coconut chips.
