Ingredients

  • 1 can corn
  • 250 g beans, (reen beans, lass)
  • 1 small cucumber (s)
  • 2 tomato (s)
  • 1 medium onion (s)
  • 2 pickled cucumber (s)
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 1 bunch chives
  • 1 hot pepper

For the marinade:

  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 6 tablespoon oil
  • 2 tablespoon vinegar, (white wine vinegar)
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Drain the corn and beans.
  2. Cut the cucumber and tomatoes into not too small cubes.
  3. Finely chop the onion, pickles, herbs and peppers and mix everything together.
  4. Mix vinegar with sugar, mustard and salt, fold in the oil. Mix with the salad and let it steep for at least 3 hours.
