  • 1 small Can corn
  • 2 tomato (s)
  • 100 g cheese, rated
  • 1 bunch chives
  • 200 ml cream
  • 2 hot peppers, green
  • oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C top / bottom heat.
  2. Peel the onion and cut into small cubes. Peel the shallot and cut into rings.
  3. Heat some oil in a pan and sweat the onion and shallot in it. Cut the ham into cubes and fry them.
  4. Season the eggs in a bowl with pepper, salt and nutmeg and beat them with a whisk or hand mixer until frothy. Add the corn.
  5. Wash the tomatoes, remove the stalk and seeds and cut into small pieces.
  6. Cut the chives into small pieces and add to the egg mixture. Cut the peppers into small pieces and add half of them. Add half of the cheese and half of the tomatoes.
  7. Remove half of the onions, shallots and ham from the pan.
  8. Now pour the egg mixture into the pan, let it harden a little and loosen the edge. Then bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
  9. Top with the rest of the tomatoes, onions, ham, shallots, peppers and cheese. Then put the pan in the oven again for about 5 minutes.
  10. Arrange and serve.
