  • 1 cauliflower
  • 1 lemon (s)
  • 4 tablespoon oil
  • parsley
  • dill
  • salt
  • Olives, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Clean and wash cauliflower carefully. Put in boiling water so that it is completely covered. Wash and squeeze the lemon, collect the juice. Cut the peel into small pieces and add to the cauliflower. Cook for 5 - 8 minutes over medium heat. Drain the stock, let the cauliflower cool down. Cut into florets and place in a salad bowl. Pour lemon juice and oil over them. Pour the finely chopped herbs on top and garnish with olives.
  2. This salad goes well with meat dishes with a side dish of rice.
