Coconut flakes – 120 g
Flour – 7 teaspoon
Egg white – 2 pcs.

First, beat the egg whites until the volume increases by about 2 times. As a result, the mass should turn out to be a little thinner than for cooking meringues. Then add powdered sugar. Just not all at once, but introduce gradually, stirring.
Add flour. Stir and whisk.
Then we introduce the coconut flakes. Mix well.
We spread the mass in portions on a baking sheet, on parchment.
We bake cookies with coconut flakes in the oven at a temperature of 80-100 degrees for about 90 minutes.
The coconut cookie is ready. For decoration, you can pour chocolate (chocolate icing) over the cookies and sprinkle with coconut.
