Aromatic Tomato Salad

• 3 vine tomato (s)
• 1 onion (s)
• 1 stalk / s basil
• 10 olives, without seeds
• 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, lighter
• 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, darker
• 1 tablespoon rapeseed oil
• 1 pinch salt and pepper, each

Instructions

1. Wash the tomatoes, cut out the stem and cut the tomatoes into thin slices. Wash the basil. Remove the leaves from the stem and cut into strips. Peel and slice the onion. Mix the two vinegars with salt and pepper and drizzle the oil over them.
2. Arrange the salad in a small bowl. To do this, mix the tomatoes, onions and olives with the salad sauce and sprinkle with the basil.
