Ingredients

  • 1 glass artichoke hearts
  • 50 g parmesan, rated
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 5 macadamia nuts, salted, or nuts your choice
  • 1 dash balsamic vinegar

Instructions

  1. Process all ingredients with a hand blender into a creamy paste.
  2. With ciabatta or white bread and a good glass of red wine.

  4. The higher quality the artichoke hearts and the oil, the better. There are different providers and price ranges. It is good when they are marinated in olive oil. If you like it knobby-heavy, you just need one or two more toes. The macadamia nuts are also not essential and can be replaced with other nuts as you wish.
