Ingredients

  • 1 medium onion (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 red pepper
  • 100 g cherry tomato (s)
  • 60 g rocket
  • 100 g feta cheese (mild sheep feta)
  • 200 g pasta
  • Salt, oil, butter, almond sticks or coarsely chopped almonds

Instructions

  1. Finely dice the onions and garlic. Cut, core and finely chop the peppers lengthways. If you like it very spicy, you can leave some seeds in it. Halve the cherry tomatoes. Wash, dry and roughly chop rocket. Crumble the sheep`s cheese. Cooking pasta.
  2. Heat the oil and butter in a pan. Sauté the onions, garlic and the peppers in it. Roast the almond sticks. Add the cherry tomatoes and fry briefly.
  3. Drain the pasta. Mix with rocket and the mixture from the pan (garlic and co). Season with salt and pepper. Scatter sheep`s cheese on top.
