Ingredients

  • 400 g jacket potato (s), diced
  • 1 lettuce (endive lettuce), cut into strips
  • 4 fish fillet (s) (herring fillets), diced
  • 1 onion (s), grated
  • 3 tablespoon vinegar (apple cider vinegar)
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 0.25 ¼ bunch parsley, chives, dill, each, chopped
  • 2 tablespoon sour cream
  • pepper
  • 1 pinch (s) sugar

Instructions

  1. Put the potatoes, lettuce and herring fillets in a bowl. Mix vinegar, oil, onion, pepper and sugar, carefully fold into the salad and let stand for at least 30 minutes. Mix the herbs with sour cream and pour over the salad.
