Ingredients

  • 500 g minced beef
  • 5 medium banana (s), ripe, also already brown
  • 4 medium onion (s)
  • 1 jar tomato peppers
  • 2 tablespoon curry powder, madras
  • 1 liter vegetable broth
  • 1 can coconut milk
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoons oil

Instructions

  1. Fry the minced meat in 1 tablespoon of oil, season with salt and pepper and remove from the pan.
  2. Drain the peppers, collect the liquid. Dice the onions and sauté in 1 tablespoon oil until translucent. Add the drained tomato peppers and sauté gently. Add the liquid from the tomato peppers, bring to the boil. Cut the bananas into slices and add them as well. Add all remaining ingredients to the saucepan, bring to a boil, simmer until the bananas start to dissolve. This takes about 15-20 minutes.
