Ingredients

  • 300 g beef steak (s) e.., Rump steak
  • 250 g reen beans
  • 1 tablespoon curry paste, red
  • 1 teaspoon cane sugar
  • 100 ml chicken broth or vegetable broth
  • 4 clove garlic
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 4 tablespoon oil
  • Thai basil
  • ginger

Asian Beef with Dark Sauce and Green Beans

Instructions

  1. Cut the meat into thin slices, the thickness of the slices as desired.
  2. Heat some oil in a wok or pan. Sear the meat, remove it from the pan at the desired degree of doneness and set it aside.
  3. Fry the curry paste in a wok or pan. Add the sugar. Add the onion, ginger and garlic and pull until lightly translucent. Deglaze everything with the stock, soy, fish and oyster sauce. They can be mixed together beforehand. Add the cleaned beans and cook for a few minutes on medium heat, do not let them get too soft. Add the meat again and mix everything together.
  4. Add Thai basil if you like.
  5. Serve rice as a side dish.
