- 1 cucumber (s)
- 1 chilli pepper (s), red
- 50 ml sweet chili sauce
- 3 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

- Peel and halve the cucumber and scrape out the seeds with a spoon. Cut the cucumber and chilli pepper into slices. Mix the sweet chili sauce with the sesame oil in a bowl. Add the cucumber and chilli and mix everything together. Garnish with the sesame seeds.
- Tip: When I take the salad with me to work, I put the cucumber and chilli together in a box and take the sauce and sesame seeds with me separately. Just before dinner, I mix everything together.
