- 3 medium carrot (s)
- 1 cucumber (s)
- 3 cloves garlic
- 6 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 small bunch parsley
- Handful peanuts
- salt and pepper

- Roast the peanuts on a low flame until golden brown without oil. Peel and grate the carrots and cucumber. Finely chop the parsley and press the garlic.
- Mix everything and add soy sauce and lemon juice. Pepper and salt to taste and sprinkle the peanuts on top before serving.
- Even tastes a little better when pulled through.
- If it is too acidic without oil, you can add some sesame or peanut oil.
