Ingredients

  • 4 Mie noodle nests
  • 1 bell pepper (s)
  • 2 carrot (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 bunch spring onion (s)
  • 1 jar bean sprouts
  • 1 glass vegetables (Asian vegetables)
  • soy sauce
  • sesame oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. First put the bean sprouts and the Asian vegetables from the jar into a sieve to drain.
  2. Then wash the remaining vegetables and cut the carrots, peppers and spring onions into bite-sized pieces. Also cut the garlic into small pieces.
  3. Next, prepare the Mie noodles according to the instructions on the package. Usually this is done like this: Pour boiling water (from the kettle) and a pinch of salt over the pasta and let it steep for 3 - 5 minutes. I always put a large sieve in a larger bowl and then the noodles in the sieve. This makes it very easy for me to take the pasta out of the water with the sieve. Then I always briefly frighten the noodles under cold water so that they don`t stick together immediately.
  4. While the noodles are soaking, heat a wok or a large pan with a little sesame oil and first heat the peppers, carrots and spring onions in it. Then add the drained bean sprouts and the Asian vegetables. Finally, add the garlic to the wok or pan. Now add the Mie noodles, add soy sauce and sesame oil to taste and fry everything together briefly. Finally, season everything with salt and pepper.
