Ingredients

  • 400 g noodles (Chow Mein, Asian)
  • 400 g shrimp (s)
  • 4 carrot (s)
  • 2 leeks
  • 2 red pepper (s)
  • 200 g suar snap peas
  • 100 ml sauce (teriyaki marinade)
  • 5 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoon oil (sesame oil)
  • Pepper and / or Sambal Oelek
  • 1 bottle sauce, sweet - sour
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Marinate the prawns in the teriyaki sauce with pepper for about 2 hours. Prepare pasta. Clean and chop the vegetables. Cut off the roots of the sugar snap peas.
  2. Heat the sesame oil in the wok and fry the vegetables in it for about 5 minutes. Then add the prawns with the teriyaki marinade and the cooked noodles and fry for another 5 minutes. Now add the sweet and sour sauce and, depending on your taste, season with sambal oelek. Fry for another 2 minutes.
