Asian-Style Shrimp with Vegetables and Wok Noodles Instructions

  1. We clean the shrimps, wash them, dry them with a napkin.
  2. Cut the carrots into slices, brown mushrooms too, divide the broccoli into roses, red onions into rings.
  3. Boil the noodles for 5 minutes and set aside.
  4. Cut a clove of garlic into slices, peel the ginger (about 2 cm) and grate it three times. Finely chop the chili pepper (to taste), the zest of 1 lemon, three on a grater. You will also need curry paste.
  5. Warm-up our wok, add oil and all the spices. Fry for just a couple of seconds and add the shrimp. Fry for a maximum of a minute with constant stirring, remove.
  6. First, add carrots to the oil (according to the hardness of the products), after a couple of seconds – onions, then broccoli, then mushrooms, and at the end – pea pods.
  7. Fry a little and fill it with tomato juice or coconut milk (literally half a glass)
  8. Add about 2 tablespoon. soy sauce and half a bunch of coriander, noodles, and shrimp, mix well.
  9. We remove from the stove, try and add what is missing at will. :))
  10. Very tasty and, most importantly, healthy because of the large number of spices, fresh, quickly processed vegetables, and seafood. Well, there is practically no fat, of course!

For everything about everything (cleaning, cutting, etc.) I spent about 40 minutes.
