Ingredients

  • 600 g white cabbae
  • 1 red pepper (s)
  • 200 g mushrooms (e.. shiitake)
  • 2 cloves garlic)
  • 6 tablespoon oil
  • 2 sachets ready-mix for salad (topping the salad)
  • 2 tablespoon honey, more liquid
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • pepper
  • possibly ginger, chopped
  • possibly coriander greens, chopped

Instructions

  1. Remove the stalk of the white cabbage and cut the cabbage into pieces. Halve the bell pepper, remove the small stones and cut the halves into strips. Clean the mushrooms, peel the garlic and press through a press.
  2. Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in a wok or large pan and fry the cabbage in it. Add the pepper strips, mushrooms and garlic and toast briefly while turning. Mix the Knorr Salatkrönung with 6 tablespoons of water and the remaining oil. Stir in honey and soy sauce, season well with pepper. Mix the dressing with the vegetables and let it steep a little.
  3. Tip: If you love Asian spices, fry finely chopped fresh ginger root with the cabbage and mix some coriander green with the finished salad.
